Returns Policy

  • We are happy to accept returns purchased from Fermare within 14 days from the customer’s delivery received date, for a full refund of the item’s value or for an equivalent exchange. Returned items must be received back to our studio within 14 days of you receiving it.
  • Custom orders that are made to your measurements unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded.
  • A return can be made by contacting us through email, or private messaging us directly on Instagram, Whatsapp, or Facebook.
  • The cost of return shipping will however have to be made by the customer. PostNet to PostNet is used for returns and costs R99. The return details will be given when you request a refund.
  • If you opt for an exchange of an item, an additional fee of R60 will be required (regardless of if you had previously received free shipping or not), payable by the customer for the couriering of the replacement item.
  • Alternatively, those residing in Cape Town are welcome to return your purchase to our studio, in Woodstock, or to one of our market stores.
  • Returned merchandise must be in their original new and unused condition with the tag(s) attached in order to be accepted. Please make sure the item(s) are adequately packaged before couriering.
  • The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability of a product, a full refund can be made.
